AZG Consultants Ltd is a global network of dedicated and passionate, local business advisors. It is supported through a network of regional support managers.

AZG Consultants Ltd is offering a consulting service to SME’s. We have an international network of business professionals, who all share some key characteristics; first, all have a significant level of experience in senior management, and this may range from lawyers to accountants, sales professionals, marketers or general managers, but all have worked for a number of years at senior management levels; second, all share a passion and hunger to help business owners achieve their goals, and have substantial experience of the change management process, ensuring that they can use the proven consulting methodologies to get the best result for their clients.

Most importantly all in our network share the following three key characteristics: –

A solid and certain senior management experience, normally at director level.
A determination to succeed, for themselves and their clients – they can handle temporary set-backs and business challenges.
The self-awareness to learn, to challenge their own pre-conceptions and to learn from their colleagues and their own clients.

Our target market is SME’s – primarily companies with a turnover between £100,000 and £20million, and our consulting systems have so far been used to help new establishing SME’s.
